Southern Property Management was founded in Midland, Texas by Sam House in 2003. Sam’s knowledge and reputation from her prior 30+ years in real estate primed her to work with some of the largest property owners in Midland and Odessa.
In the subsequent years, Southern Property Management has used service provider relationships, attentive tenant relations, and fiduciary property owner relationships to become one of the largest property management groups in West Texas, with a trusted reputation to match.
